- The application for registration is received only by the registration form in the web page. Applications by e-mail will not be accepted.
- If the registration is done at the Conference reception, at the same day of the Conference and not in advance, some services such as printed documents or distributed items, may not be available.
- The registration form should be completely filled in with all necessary information of the participant.
- The Committee may approve or not the application of registration. The Committee will announce only when the application is not approved.
- The application for registration is not same as that for presentation. Those who are willing to present have to submit the application for presentation. The registration is the condition required for presentation.
- Basically, the registration fee should be paid at the time of submission of the application for registration. The Committee will determine if the early discount for the registration fee is applicable, depending on the time of the application. The consideration of the time is based on the GMT (same in other relevant articles).
- The registration fee on the web page is 9,000 JPY. If it is registered and paid until the 28th of February 2014, the discounted fee is 8,000 JPY. If one is paid at the Conference reception, the fee is 10,000 JPY. The registration fee will be used for the all administration costs, all lunch buffet offered during the Conference period, distributed documents, and the certification of participants. The registration should be paid all at once and cannot be paid partially.
- The cancelation will not be charged until the 9th of August 2014. However, if the cancelation is requested after the 10th of August 2014, the cancelation fee of 2,000 JPY will be charged at any case. After the 9th of September 2014, cancelation will not be accepted and there will be no refund in any case.
- Once the registration procedure is completed, the participants will be able to receive the certification of participation at the Conference reception.
